3. Plans & Billing

• Standard: $4.99  |  Pro: $9.99  |  Premium: $19.99
• All payments are in USD and charged in advance.
• No refunds once payment is made.

4. Usage Rules

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or redistribute our service
• Use it for illegal or harmful activities
• Upload viruses or attempt unauthorized access

5. Content & Ownership

• You retain ownership of uploaded PDFs.
• We may process your content to generate quizzes, summaries, and chat responses using AI (e.g., OpenAI).
• Service content (software, design, etc.) belongs to Quick Chat PDF.

6. Privacy & Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

Uploaded pdf is deleted permanently within few minutes.

7. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers like OpenAI, Stripe/PayPal, and AWS/Google Cloud. Their terms also apply when you use our service.

8. Disclaimer & Liability

Quick Chat PDF is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about accuracy, reliability, or availability. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

9. Changes to Service or Terms

We may update or modify these Terms anytime. Continued use means you accept the changes.
